So imagine you're just lounging around your house on a lazy Sunday afternoon and the doorbell rings! After scrounging around for your bra in a mad panic, you open up the door and there it is–that yellow envelope that can only mean one thing....you forgot you had ordered something? So confused. But wait–I had watched Harry Potter enough times to know that there was "No post on Sundays." Has my long awaited Hogwarts acceptance letter finally arrived?
I was mid-daydream, the sorting hat was just about to place me in my house when––"Who was that?" my husband asked. I looked down at the sender's address. It's a surprise package from Grace & Stella! I wasn't expecting anything, especially because I had just reviewed their 7-in-1 Facial Massager & Cleanser, but who am I to complain?
I immediately opened the package and found their 100% Pure Peppermint Oil just begging for a sniff. I took out the dark glass bottle, unscrewed the glass pipet dropper and inhaled the refreshing aroma. Ahhhh....but what now?
Essential oils have been all the rage for years, but I never fully converted. I'm a die hard fan of jojoba oil for my hair and skin but other than that I wasn't really schooled up on the uses of different oils. After a quick search, here's what I found.

Some of my longtime followers may know that I have PCOS, one of the many side effects losing hair. I'm always looking for natural products to expelliarmus hair loss, condition my scalp and help keep my hair in the best shape I can. Jojoba oil has been amazing at hydrating and I immediately thought to use this peppermint oil when washing my hair to improve scalp stimulation.
After adding a few drops to my shampoo, I definitely notice a mild tingling sensation which is promising. Unfortunately for this post, it's still too early to tell if this will do anything to regrow. So far I'm enjoying the refreshing sensation, especially in this heat.
Other than in haircare, my favorite ways to use it so far are in my body wash, room diffusers, and directly on skin where I have sore muscles, joints, or tension. If you have sensitve skin, you may want to dilute this product by adding a few drops to some coconut oil, and then applying. I personally haven't had an adverse reaction but thought I'd throw that out there for my sensitive skin friends.
They also kindly provided a link to get even more money off of your purchase. If you happen to be reading this after the sale is over, just know that the link never expires :)
