Mascara used on both top and bottom lashes |
Packaging isn't normally something I'm overly fussy about with mascara tubes, but though simple, this tube is well thought out. The mint green design on the wand cap is rubberized, giving you a firm grip and control over the product, the smooth and sleek hourglass bottle fits comfortably in your hand, and the applicator also has an incredibly satisfying click when twisting it closed that will make any beauty junkie weak in the knees.

Essence also has another version with almost identical packaging (black & coral color) called the
Lash Princess Volume Mascara. I have yet to try it, but have just purchased it online to see how it measures up to this one. At $4.99,
and cruelty free, how could I not?
Essence Cosmetics are available on their websites,
Ulta Beauty, and select
Target stores. Ulta Beauty also have a
Lash Princess Mascara 2 Pack for $7.99 where you can try each of the Lash Princess mascaras for a better value. Both options are only sold in black.
Let me know your thoughts if you've tried either one out! Also, keep those pretty peepers peeled for a comparison review in the future :)
