Sephora Haul: Aisle of Doom

I've been feeling a little splurgy lately and made a couple of purchases from Sephora. If you're curious to see what I got, keep reading ;)

The first order I put in was online for the sole purpose of the Limited Edition Becca x Jaclyn Hill Shimmering Skin Perfector in Champagne Pop. Wow! Totally worth all of the well deserved hype from my experience with it so far. I'm excited to use it a bit more and compare it with other highlighting products in my collection.

Below are images showing both the golden and pinky/peach tones.

Next is the Bite Beauty Luminous Creme Lipstick Duo in Date/Fig. I've heard so many great things about Bite lippies and the fact that it put me right were I needed to be for free shipping was enough incentive to give it a go. So far I'm loving the colors and moisturizing formula. I kind of want the Tangerine/Lingonberry too. It's so pretty! Let me know if you've tried this brand and what products you recommend.

An online beauty purchase wouldn't be complete without samples! This time around I got the Peter Thomas Roth Irish Moor Mud Purifying Black Mask, First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream, Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume, & the signature Chloé Eau de Parfum.

My second beauty indulgence was almost completely provoked by the 'aisle of doom'. I was literally just going to buy ONE eyeshadow, but went a little cray on my way up to the cash register.

The eyeshadow I purchased was the Sephora brand Colorful matte shadow in Red Wine. I'm kind of upset at the fact that I paid full price in store and it's currently on sale for $5.00 on their website! Ahh well…
I'd describe it as a red based plum shade with lots of staying power. I think it's a really nice shade no matter what eye color you rock, but red based shadows always look especially great on green and brown eyes, in my opinion. It's a shade that'll wear appropriately straight through the fall and winter seasons.

The Elizabeth and James Nirvana White perfume is one of my current favorites. It's been my signature scent this summer and I love the convenience of a mini to throw in my purse and carry with me on the go. It's a fresh floral scent that's nothing less than clean smelling. I'm very particular when it comes to fragrance and this passed my sniff test with flying notes.

I've been completely in love with my Philosophy Purity Cleansing Oil, but I've also heard great things about the Boscia Makeup-Breakup Cool Cleansing Oil online. I'm waiting to finish the cleansing oil I have before using this one, but I took a sniff and it smells amazing. Very spa-like and I love the pump.

Next up is the Tatcha Polished Classic Rice Enzyme Powder for normal/combination skin. I'm totally not that skin type, but I just couldn't refuse. I used it for the first time this morning and really enjoyed the results. It's a rice powder physical exfoliator that is so fine it really polishes the face with detail. I'm excited to see if I notice any long-term improvements with my skin.

The last product I purchased is an old favorite. The original Josie Maran Argan Oil was a staple in my skincare routine about 2 years ago. Not really sure why I ever stopped using it, but I'm glad it's back in my life. Let's just hope it loves me back still ;) haha

And that's all folks! Lots of little things that add up in my beauty hoarding stash haha. Does the aisle of doom get you too? Did I miss anything that I must try? Let me know! :) xoxo
